HP has extended its Mission Critical Partnership services, to assist CIOs with improving their IT infrastructure and effectiveness while managing risk.
The Mission Critical Partnership services are intended to provide customers with best practices, design and support services for essential systems.
The services on offer now include a wide range of systems, with support that can be tailored to meet the customer’s needs, including 24/7 access to HP’s Global Mission Critical Support Centres, a single point of accountability
The new services also include Insight Remote Support Advanced, a comprehensive remote monitoring solution that covers both HP and multi-vendor hardware to improve the efficiency of systems management.
