Qatar Airways adds 18 flights to Turkey

Qatar Airways has increased its share in the Turkish air travel market by adding 18 new flights per week, chairman of the Civil Aviation General Authority Abdulaziz al-Nuaimi has said.
The aviation body’s chief said that the increase had been agreed at a meeting with the Turkish director general of Civil Aviation, Dr Ali Ariduru, in Ankara.
The talks also included updating the air transport agreement between Qatar and Turkey, and as well as increasing Qatar Airways flights to Turkey to 18 per week, aviation chief also agreed to add four air cargo flights, Qatar News Agency reported.
The new deal will see seven flights to Istanbul and Ankara, as well as four flights to Antalya in south Turkey.
