Emirates Mobile Hospital has launched a new website - in conjunction with the UAE's National Crisis and Emergency Management Authority (NCEMA) - to educate the public about the H1N1 Virus.
The site, operating through the auspices of the Ministry of Health, includes detailed information about swine flu prevention and treatment, as well as the national awareness campaign about the disease.
Over 1000 doctors, administrators and technicians from all sectors nationwide have been trained over the last few weeks in preparation for an emergency response to the disease.
The Ministry of Health announced on Friday that two UAE citizens, who arrived back home from abroad, had been infected with the H1N1 virus and are now receiving treatment. In a statement, the ministry said both are now recovering with their condition described as stable.
