Delta Partners fund invests in Vox Spectrum

Delta Partners has announced an investment from it’s private equity fund into technology and telecom group Vox Spectrum Limited.

The investment, from the Delta Partners MENA Telecom Fund, will be used to consolidate and expand Vox Spectrum’s presence in the Middle East and India markets, with a focus on three core lines of telecom engineering, software solutions and electronic products distribution.

Dubai-based Vox Spectrum has offices in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, India and the US, with activities in design, engineering, construction, installation and maintenance of a broad range of voice, data, video and wireless infrastructure solutions.

Kristoff Puelinckx, managing partner at Delta Partners said: “We believe that the Vox Spectrum Limited group of companies is a unique platform in the Middle East and in India. We are convinced that Delta Partners can add value to the operation through our integrated advisory and investment business model, providing specialized hands-on support from our industry-focused and experienced professionals.

Saud Al Amiry, chairman of Vox Spectrum Limited said: “Our commitment is to make Vox Spectrum Limited, and its group companies, significant players in all markets we operate in. With the additional backing of Delta Partners, and their insights on the telecom sector, we hope to gain valuable market share faster than anticipated.”

Delta Partners declined to disclose the value of the investment.
