Jordan-based King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF) has opted for a Sage software implementation to provide web-based access to donor information in real time.
KHCF is actually a legal umbrella corporation which oversees the King Hussein Cancer Centre (KHCC) and the KHCF Health Care Program for Cancer Coverage. According to a statement released by Sage, the new project enables users to make changes to membership conditions such as fees, communication history and status as well as helping KHCF use and classify donations and channel them into the appropriate fundraising program.
“Our aim at KHCF is to raise funds for the benefit of KHCC; therefore it is crucial for us to adopt software that will facilitate the workflow between different departments at KHCF in an accurate way to save time and effort. We have found this initiative with Sage Software and UBA to be most rewarding in helping us in this area,” said HRH Princess Dina Mired, Director General of KHCF, Jordan.
The implementation was carried out by United Business Applications and involved the deployment of several Sage Suites, including the Mandatory, Optional and Financial Suite. Also included in the project was the setup of SageCRM and Sage Accpac ERP.
“Our solutions have proven to be a valuable tool for KHCF, not only in terms of organizing the work flow in an accurate way, but more importantly in facilitating smooth integration between its various departments,” said Vikram Suri, Managing Director, Sage Software - Middle East.
“In addition to the robust solutions we offer, our partnership with UBA - one of our key business partners in the Middle East, is also an integral driver of our steady growth, and we are planning to maximise our association with them to further drive our business across the region,” added Suri.
