Oman's central bank will issue three-year bonds worth 50 million Omani rials ($129.9 million) this month with an interest rate of 4 percent a year, a statement from the central bank said on Sunday.

The subscription will run Aug. 16 to Aug. 26 while the auction will be held on Aug. 30.

The central bank said the bonds, which are open to local and foreign investors, will be issued on Sept. 6 and mature in 2012. (Reuters)
