The Kuwait Stock Exchange on Thursday suspended trading in nine companies after they failed to release second-quarter earnings within the 45-day deadline.
Investment Dar Co., Aref Investment Group and Pearl of Kuwait Real Estate Co. were among the companies suspended, according to a statement posted on the bourse’s Web site.
Investment Dar, owner of half of Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd., has been barred from trading since April 1 for failing to release its 2008 results before the deadline.
