Mahindra Satyam is expanding its portfolio of solutions for the Middle East and North Africa region, with the introduction of new ERP Shared Support Services offering.
The service will be available to Oracle and SAP users in the MENA region, and have been designed to enable customers to tap into world class support for their ERP systems, while having the flexibility of managed services.
ERP Shared Support Services will be delivered from Mahindra Satyam’s Global Solution Center (GSC) in Egypt, with Arabic-speaking staff. The solution intended to allow companies to maximize the benefits of their ERP systems, and maintain uptime and development, at the same time as having the flexibility to allocate resources to meet business demand.
Atul Kunwar, president, MEA, Europe, India, APAC, Mahindra Satyam said: “The ERP Shared Support Services is a unique service delivery model to cater to the needs of our customers in Egypt and the rest of the North African region. With this, Mahindra Satyam will offer differentiated value to customers across multiple industry verticals along with superior, need-based and cost-effective implementation and support.
“In the face of the economic downturn, we are optimistic of the potential in initiating solutions via shared services component to help cater to the changing needs of clients. We are targeting growth of around 100% in the first year, which we are confident to achieve given the GSC’s strong capacity to provide support services for SAP and Oracle customers,” Kunwar added.
