Air India Express has further expanded its services from Abu Dhabi with the announcement of a new service to Amritsar in the north of India.

The low-cost subsidiary of Air India will now connect the UAE capital with nine destinations in India on 36 weekly flights.

The Amritsar route will operate three times a week. Flights will continue to Delhi after stopping at Amritsar.
