Multi-billion real estate project set for Doha

A new major real estate project was announced on Sunday in Doha as Qatar General Insurance and Reinsurance Company, Al-Sari Trading Co., and Ezzdan Real Estate signed a memorandum of understanding.
The project, set to run for three years, will include the construction of four 55-storey residential towers.
Estimated total cost of the project will be up to QR2.5bn.
Plans include 1,300 medium-large sized units in addition to commercial and entertainment facilities. Luxurious hotel apartments are also planned.
