Qatar Oil Minister Abdullah Al Attiyah said on Thursday he did not expect OPEC to make any changes in its production output quotas when the group meets next in December.
When asked if there would be any output changes at the December meeting, al-Attiyah said, "So far I don't think so."
"This is my own prediction, I can not talk on behalf of OPEC, personally I don't think I can see any change."
Qatar is one of the smallest producers in the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries.
The Organisation of the Petroleum Exporting Countries will meet in Luanda, Angola on December 22.
