Dubal marks H&S spend

Dubai Aluminium Company (Dubal) has invested a total of US $245 million (AED900 million) since 2000 in Environment Health & Safety measures.
Abdulla bin Kalban, CEO, Dubal, said the company had always focused on best safety practices
of international standards at its smelter.
“Dubal has always emphasised on workplace safety as a first priority and this is in total adherence with the directives of HH Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, deputy ruler of Dubai, UAE minister for finance and industry and chairman of Dubal,” he said.
