Essam Enany believes that SAP's range of solutions can provide strategic business value to companies.

Omani business conglomerate Saud Bahwan Group has selected SAP’s dealer business management application as the software system of choice for its automotive sector business processes.

SAP Arabia is managing the project alongside its IT services partner L&T Infotech.

“SAP software is a key enabler helping us achieve the aims we have set for our business transformation,” comments a senior official from the Saud Bahwan Group. “We have always deployed cutting-edge technologies to ensure customer satisfaction and this has enabled us to be at the number one position for more than three decades.”

“Our solution from SAP is truly a first in the automotive sector in Oman.

We opted for SAP solutions on account of its scalable, reliable and user-friendly software. With the rollouts of SAP’s automotive suite applications, we will have a worldwide standard set of endto- end business processes,” continues the senior official.

By utilising SAP’s dealer business management solution, Saud Bahwan Group claims that it will have in place a process based on strong technical architecture and best business practices to cover automotive services management.

As part of the SAP implementation, Saud Bahwan Group is integrating disparate legacy systems across its extended dealership network.

“This deployment at Saud Bahwan Group will clearly demonstrate the strategic business value companies gain with SAP’s integrated solutions,” comments Essam Enany, president at SAP Arabia.
