Real estate JV is formed between TAKtical and ZT

Dubai’s TAKtical Realty Group, a real estate brokerage and strategy subsidiary of TAKtical International, has entered into a joint venture agreement with the US-based ZT Group of Companies to establish a real estate investment advisory firm, ZT-TAKtical. It will operate out of the ZT offices in Houston, Texas and will provide US investors with the opportunity to invest in markets such as the UAE.
