Printer vendor Oki has appointed Hadi Kadah as the marketing manager for its Middle East arm.
In his new role, Kadah will primarily be responsible for managing Oki's marketing and communications activities as well as working closely with channel partners in the region to promote business growth and support customers' needs.
Kadah had been marketing director of Syrian distributor SETCO prior to joining Oki. He started his ten-year career there in 1996 as sales manager and progressed to divisional manager within the company's printing solutions division, where he established a good relationship with Oki and its reseller partners in the region.
John Ross, general manager at Oki Middle East, said: "Hadi's long years of experience in the printing industry will certainly add value to our overall business. The Middle East is witnessing great growth and having a dedicated person responsible for Oki's marketing activities will play a major role in promoting Oki's strong commitment to the region."
