Trotter flying high

Charlie Trotter has teamed up with United Airlines to create dishes for its first and business class passengers. The Chicago-based chef and restaurant owner will be working alongside United Airlines' corporate executive chef Gerry Gulli to create special menus for the airline's passengers.
