ADCB ATM management outsourced to US firm

by ArabianBusiness.com staff writer on Thursday, 08 February 2007

The bank has signed a multi-year agreement with the Ohio-based company to track and observe the performance of its 108 ATMs in the UAE.

NCR is contracted to remotely monitor the performance of the ATMs and flag up any problems that may occur.

ADCB said the arrangement had already brought tangible benefits. "We needed a highly professional and experienced organisation that could provide ATM performance monitoring and reporting on a real-time basis," stated ADCB alternate channels manager Samir Kamaleddine.
