Baltrans expands into Kuwait

by Robeel Haq on Tuesday, 13 February 2007
Baltrans is hoping to capitalise on Kuwait’s commercial and oil sectors.

Premiere Baltrans Middle East continued its regional growth strategy this month by expanding operations in Kuwait.

The company, in partnership with the Al Sawan Group, hopes to capitalise on growing demand for logistics services from Kuwait's commercial and oil sectors, in addition to the distribution of products into Iraq.

"I am very happy about the new company that has been established. It provides the Kuwaiti market with specialist services, especially in terms of adding value to the Far East to Kuwait trade lanes," said Basel Al Sawan, president, Al Sawan Group.
