Marafeq awarded the Madina Tower

Marafeq will provide infrastructure, operations and maintenance services to the nearly complete Madina Tower development in the Jumeirah Lake Towers district.

The residential tower is due to be handed over in the following few months.

Marafeq will look after the air conditioning, electrical, plumbing and fire-fighting systems in the 33 storey tower.

Commenting on the awarded contract, Osama Al Alami, general manager of Marafeq, said: “Proactive maintenance will mean fewer system failures and longer life for your equipment and property, translating into improved, comfortable working and living conditions.

Facility management staff will be on hand to deliver 24 hour servie and maintenance.

“There is a high degree of expertise required to maintain today’s sophisticated facilities, and outsourcing these management services to Marafeq will allow Reef to focus on our primary business activities and provide first class developments,” said Sheikh Ahmed Mohammed Zayed Saqer Al Nahyan, managing director of Reef Real Estate.

“Our alliance with Marafeq will provide a total lifecycle of care for the Madina Tower and ensure that the residents live in a hassle-free environment”
