Kuwait-based developer, Al Mazaya, has awarded FM provider, Operon Middle East (OME), its first service contract.
OME will deliver full FM services to the common areas of two of the buildings at Dubai Health Care City (DHCC).
Commenting on the contract win, Paul Anson, director of OME, said: “We’re delighted that our strategic marketing has produced this result. This first service contract is absolutely in line with our target to become recognised as a niche consultancy and provider.”
To work in DHCC companies must fall within the medical/healthcare industry.
“OME manages full facilities management services at several hospitals in the UK so our specialist healthcare expertise experience was the influencing factor as to why we were awarded a licence to operate within DHCC,” explains Anson.
The contract will last for two years and OME will service around 7-800 people covering an area of 165,000sqft.
