Arab Financial Services (AFS), a provider of electronic payments and consumer finance outsourcing services, is to provide National Commercial Bank (NCB) with an advanced account management system.
The Saudi bank will become the first card issuer in the region to manage its credit card portfolio through the integrated TRIAD system from AFS.
Adel Al Howar, head of consumer finance services group, NCB, said: "This agreement with AFS will aid NCB in enhancing its portfolio management capabilities, and thereby maintaining its leading position as a card issuer."
AFS has integrated the TRIAD system with its processing platform to help network issuers more effectively manage risk and execute more profitable account strategies in credit line management, authorisations, collections, reissue, marketing and pricing.
"By using the TRIAD adaptive control system, NCB will enhance the bank portfolio management services," said Rasool Hujair, CEO at AFS.
