Looks like four parties.
The people who want to throw the old leader out.
The people who want to keep the old leader in.
The military which wants to shoot somebody.
And the military is being given a loan by the US and the US has to consult its laws first ?

There are 200 hundred other countries to take a loan from. Why only the US which has a world debt of 17Trillion. Unless of course the Federal reserve is not a part of the US.

Wake up Egyptians, you are being killed for just considering taking a loan from the IMF.

Want to estimate the number of Egyptians going to be massacred after you get the Loan. Look at the IMF designed loan for Zimbabwe as an example.

Start to look at the forest from the trees.
