Dubai Properties (DP) has announced the launch of La Quinta, the second phase of the Villanova residential master community in Dubailand.
The announcement comes after the successful launch of Amaranta, the first phase of Villanova, last year, the developer said in a statement.
The three, four, five and five plus- bedroom La Quinta villas at Villanova range in size from 2,204 sq ft, it added.
Inspired by Mediterranean and Portuguese architecture, the villas are set amid lush gardens complete with walking and biking trails, intersecting pedestrian-only linear parks and fountains. The villas are also next to Al Habtoor Polo and Equestrian Club.
DP said it has identified a crucial gap and market need for villas through the immense response received for the Mudon community.
Masood Al Awar, chief commercial officer at Dubai Properties, said: “La Quinta is a residential neighbourhood that is specifically designed to accommodate larger families who require in excess of three bedrooms. We have seen a strong demand for this category of family homes following the successful handover completion of phase 2 of our master-planned community Mudon at Dubailand.”
The large Villanova master plan comprises of smaller neighbourhoods of 150-250 units and multiple recreational facilities, each one including a pool house, children’s play areas, BBQ zones, picnic lawns and basketball court, as well as other community-wide facilities like mosques, retail outlets with outdoor seating. For all the latest business news from the UAE and Gulf countries, follow us on Twitter and Linkedin, like us on Facebook and subscribe to our YouTube page, which is updated daily.
