Dubai’s
Artspace Gallery will kick off it’s new season of exhibitions with ‘Tear Down
the Walls’ featuring paintings by the Palestinian artist Hani Zurob and the
Lebanese artist Charbel Samuel Aoun.

“Hani
Zurob’s works deals with situations and events that the artists has
experienced, expressing no boundaries between political and private matter,
eventually leading towards displacement. Charbel Samuel Aoun’s work deals with
expressing the state and humanity and evoking reactions of truth,” said Sossy
Dikijian, art director.

The
gallery is holding a private preview of the exhibition on October 5.

Artspace
is located in DIFC
Gate Village.
The gallery, dedicated to contemporary Middle East
artists, was founded by Maliha AL-Tabari in 2003.

Artspace
is a key player in the contemporary art field and has begun to branch out regionally
with partnerships with local artists, art houses and auction establishments.
