Emaar Properties has launched a new collection of villas in Arabian Ranches.

The Rosa community is based on larger plot sizes and living space and will be targeted towards families.

The 144 villas are designed in Spanish-style architecture with five choices and will be build around a central park.

Residents also will have access to a community centre, health and fitness facilities, day care centres, mosques, and educational institutions already in Arabian Ranches.

The launch follows strong demand for neighbouring Palma villas, which went on sale in September, according to Emaar.

“Demand for villas has gained tremendous strength with Dubai further underlining its credentials as the region’s business and tourism hub,” Emaar Properties managing director Ahmed Al Matrooshi said.

“Arabian Ranches today serves as a benchmark in world-class villa development, and as part of its ongoing expansion, Rosa is a stylish new addition to the community.

“We are also launching simultaneous registration and showcase in India for investors who seek distinctive residential choices in Dubai.”

The sales events will be held on November 16 from 10am at the Emaar Sales Centre in Downtown Dubai and Al Nahda Tower, Abu Dhabi.

The India event will be from 11.30am at the Four Seasons Hotel in Mumbai.
