Dubai developer Emaar is set to launch the sale of properties at its Abraj al Hilal 2 tower in Jeddah Gate later this week.

Emaar Middle East will host a two-day sales event at its sales office at Jeddah Gate on 27 and 28 February where it will offer on-bed to four-bed apartments ranging in size from 98 sqm to 449 sqm at the complex, which contains three residential towers ranging in size from 17 to 21 floors.

It also contains a number of penthouses as well as villa-style properties at lower levels.

Emaar said that most of the properties in the neighbouring Abraj al Hilal 1 complex have already been handed over to residents and that it is now "a fully established community".

Jeddah Gate is a development spread over 400,000 sqm within the city's new downtown area.
