Event Description

This program is an advanced inventory management training program.

It is designed to provide the participant skills to bring their Inventory Management Practices to International Quality Assurance and TQM Standards. This program also incorporates E-Inventory and risk analyzed just-in-time. This program is intended for personnel who wish to get a fast track understanding of the inventory function.

They would typically be looking to become quickly productive in the department or they could be attending so that they can implement Quality Assurance, ISO9000, Continuous Improvement or TQM in their department. Typical participants will be Inventory, Logistics, Warehouse, Planning and Quality Professionals and Managers. Particularly recommended for Inventory Professionals to be promoted to Inventory Managers.
