Delegates requiring visas should contact the Hotel reservations department directly, as soon as possible. Visas for some nationalities may take several weeks to process.
Passport holders of the countries listed below do not require a visa beforehand in order to enter the United Arab Emirates for business or tourist visits lasting 30 days (extendable on request up to 90 days), provided they meet the requirements of the Resident and Nationalisation Authorities:

All visitors should have a valid return travel ticket and a passport valid for a minimum period of three months for tourists and six months for employment.
All members of GCC Nations (Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman) do not require visas either
