Abu Dhabi Ship Building (ADSB) is engaged in four separate market segments, Naval Ship Construction, Naval Ship Repairs, Refits & Upgrades, Commercial Ship Construction and Commercial Ship Repairs.ADSB specialises in the construction of highly complex naval ships including the integration of weapon combat systems. These vessels are primarily designed for littoral warfare defence operations against air and surface threats as well as patrol tasks, coast guard, law enforcement, electronic search missions, fishery and EEZ protection.
The ADSB Mussafah Ship Yard has capability to conduct repairs, refits and upgrades for Naval War Ships up to 2000 tones and our Jebel Ali Naval Base has capabilities for Large Naval War Ships. ADSB's technicians are "On Call" 24 hours/day to support vessels at sea or at any port in the Gulf region.
