COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Founded in 1994, Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company was transformed into a share holding Saudi company in the second half of 2005. It was launched to provide homes to Saudi Arabia's middle class families.Over the past decade, Dar Al Arkan built 2300 residential units, developing 9 million square metres of land. The company aims to build 65,000 residential units by 2009 which will be distributed throughout the Kingdom.
Dar Al Arkan is developing 6,000 residential units as part of Al Qasr project in Riyadh, Al Tilal in Madinah, and Al Abrar in Makkah; in addition to other projects across Jeddah and Riyadh.
