  Kingdom Holding Company (KHC) chaired by HRH Prince Alwaleed bin Talal announced that Kingdom Zephyr Africa Management II (KZAM) has successfully raised US$325 million for the second Kingdom Zephyr fund (PAIP II) after the astounding success of the first Kingdom Zephyr fund (PAIP I) with an IRR of 92%.

  Kingdom Holding Company chaired by HRH Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, the majority shareholder in Tasnee (National Industrialization Company) has announced that it has subscribed to 7,009,364 shares of Tasnee's rights issue offering for the value of SR130,8 million making KHC's total number of shares in Tasnee 28,701,374 and 6.23% of the company's capital.

  Fairmont Raffles Hotels International (FRHI) in which  Kingdom Holding Company (KHC) chaired by HRH Prince Alwaleed bin Talal bin Abdulaziz Alsaud, holds a 58.1% controlling interest, has sold Legacy Hotels Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) for a sale value SR5 billion with sale proceeds of SR740 million going to KHC.
