The International Financial Advisors (IFA) is a Kuwaiti closed shareholding company that was established on the 31 January 1974. The company's shares were listed on both the Kuwait Stock Exchange on the 9 September 1974 and the Dubai Financial Market on the 10 September 2005.A subsidiary company IFA Hotels & Resorts (IFAHR), a specialized company relating to the development of hotels and resorts was also listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange on the 3 January 2006.
IFA covers a wide range of activities including financial advisory services, brokerage, trading in local and international securities, asset management and the development of hotels and resorts carried out by IFAHR.
