COMPANY DESCRIPTION
The master developer for KAC will be Emaar The Economic City, a publicly funded corporation which will bring to the project the combined expertise of the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA) and Emaar Properties.King Abdullah City is expected to grow steadily over a number of years. This growth however will be streamlined in accordance with a comprehensive master plan, which at present encompasses some 168 million square metres of land. KAC consists of six components: the Seaport, the Industrial Zone, the Educational Zone, the Central Business District (including the Financial Island), the Residential District and the Resorts.
