COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait (ABK) is involved in banking and investment services through a network of 23 branches in Kuwait, Dubai and Abu Dhabi.The bank has four divisions: retail banking, corporate banking, Ahli Capital and Treasury. Its retail arm offers accounts, loans and cards. In the corporate market, ABK provides loans, letters of credits and guarantees, and payment services, with particular emphasis on financing construction, real estate and trade.
The Treasury and investment division provides a broad range of foreign exchange and interest rate services and advice for the Kuwait, Gulf and international market.
Founded in 1967, the bank’s client base over the last forty years has grown rapidly and it counts mainly Kuwaitis and Emiratis among its clients.
The bank has formed a strategic alliance with Emirates airline in a co-branding initiative on its credit cards.
