Established in 2002, with a capital of USD 5 million, Deyaar Development is Dubai’s third biggest publicly traded real estate company.Recently, the company signed an agreement to develop the One Za'abeel project for the state owned Investment Corporation of Dubai. Investment Corp will own One Za'abeel, a 36 storey mixed use development comprising three residential, commercial and hotel towers at the World Trade Centre roundabout in Dubai.
The company is active in Lebanon, Turkey and the UK, and plans to enter Saudi Arabia, Kazakhastan, Qatar and India.
