ABG is involved in Islamic retail, commercial and investment bankingIn July 2006, the ABG Group completed an Initial Public Offering of its shares, converting the bank from a closed shareholding company into a public joint stock company.
The bank is currently 55% owned by Dallah Al Baraka Holding Company, Bahrain. The public and strategic shareholders own 45%.
The bank is listed on the Bahrain Stock Exchange (BSE) and Dubai International Financial Exchange (DIFX).
