COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Commercialbank is the second-largest bank in the GCC and was established in 1975 as the first wholly-owned private commercial bank in Qatar.Initially capitalized at USD 2.7 million, the bank has expanded operations throughout the region, offering corporate, retail and investment services through a network of 13 branches, and two service offices.
In May, the bank announced plans to sell global depository receipts and list them on the London Stock Exchange.
