COMPANY DESCRIPTION
SCIDC was established in 1976 and produces portland cement, moderate sulfate - resisting portland cement, sulfate - resisting portland cement and ground granulated blastfurnace slag.Sharjah Cement Factory is situated at junction 8 on the Sharjah-Dhaid road, 10 km beyond Sharjah International Airport and 25 km from Sharjah city.
The plant was commissioned in 1977 and has been expanded several times since that date.
