DEFECTIVE UNIT OF ALL NEW HONDA ACCORD 2008

I am a honda lover and customer for the last so many years. I purchased a new CIVIC in 2006 Jan and used until July 2008, based on the total satisfaction and joyful ride I decided to upgrade my car to a new ACCORD unfortunately in ended in a disaster. The unit I received was a partially defective unit, I reported and returned the car to trading enterprise at 1000 km, they tried to rectify thrice but failed. now they are insisting me to take the car back saying it is done. why should I take a defective or repaired car by paying Dhs90000? should I go for legal action to replace with a new unit? Do I have the right to claim a replacement? whatever car releases from showrooms are believed to be 100 percent perfect not 99 percent.

Honda service

Well, its nice that Honda is taking care. My car, it seems is also not affected. However, the service levels that someone mentioned at Trading Enterprises are not so hot anymore. It is overpriced, slow and beaurucratic. The diagnostics are faulty (they gave me an estimate of Dhs. 1300 and 3 days for some AC issues but a roadside AC mechanic took all of 3 minutes and 90 Dirhams to change a leaking valve). One month ago, still going strong!!

Get well soon- Honda and Trading Enterprises!!

Recall info

I just called Honda service centre and they have confirmed that my car is not affected so i think the best way to call and check at Honda service centres to find out about recalls. By the way i am a fan of Honda and is using these cars for many many years. The service levels of TE are far superior then any other dealer in Middle east so watch out for your comments, rather you have not experienced services from other dealer. Regards

Trading enterprises is a big mess!

I am a customer of Honda for the past 5years and I have just noticed service levels of Trading Enterprises getting bad to worse. The Response level is so poor and its a big chaos when you have to deposit your car for regular servicing even after booking an appointment. If there is no prior booking the waiting time is minimum 2-3hours and if you make a noise they ask you to deposit the keys otherwise God Help the quiet ones!
Service Advisors are too busy to answer the telephone calls and the voice messages are checked at 5pm, due to time constraint, which again falls back on the customer. For regular services, we have so many problems, how are they now going to cope-up with the sudden rush due to the call back! Service Advisors keep telling us that they have too many customers, in this case they need to limit their car-sales to suit their capacity and not give such unacceptable excuses! To add to this they never get back to the customer on complaints made!

Rattling noise in Dashboard

I would like to add my voice to the first commentator who is annoyed by the staff at trading enterprises... I have the same sound in my 2007 Hopnda Accord. Although I am very satisfied with the car's performance, I suffer from an annoying noise coming out of the dashboard. I have commented to the maintainance people about it and said they have fixed the problem ! Till this date I still suffer from this noise! I cant believe I am driving a brand new car that is generating such a noise. What shall I do next?

Trading Enterprises Sucks!

I've had a Honda Accord for over a year. I've had a rattling noise on the dashboard for the past 7 months. I've reported the problem to Trading Enterprises three times. Each time, I was told the problem had been sorted out. I am still suffering form this annying problem so far. I am going to report it again soon hoping the guys at Trading Enterprises will know what to do, and will hopefully fix the problem. It's really frustrating to be fooled, lied to or decieved. Trading Enterprises, please teach your employees to be honest and professional. Train them, do anything for God's sake. You're ruining your reputation.

Honda civic

I have Purchased Honda Civid last month end.
Very good car, but after reading this, I am worried.
I shall take the care for service centre when I complete 1000 km
which should be around next week or so.

HONDA RECALL

I have been an avid fan of Honda Accord for many years and currently I am a satisfied user. I would like to know whether there is any indication to watch for rather than wait until the last minute and suffer a stalling.
Regards
