Pulse 95.3
Posted by Asif Mohammed at 14:20 UAE time
Pulse 95.3 had the right mix of music and presenters for listeners from the Indian sub-continent and elsewhere.
I really miss the channel even now after so many months. No other channel option has been able to take its place yet.
The reasons may not be technical alone as music is still available on the channel. However even if the frequency did have a clarity problem I am sure in this age that should be something that can be overcome by air/radio engineers and technicians.
Please bring back the team of 95.3 and the exquisite choice of music that it used to serve.
That would be the greatest thing you could do Mr. Smith.

WHY CLOSE 95.3 FM
Posted by ZIA at 14:07 UAE time
I have been listening to this radio from Day 1. The DJ I miss most is "Ajnabi". Since last two months we have been listening to unintgerrupted hindi songs. So where is the frequency problem?

Please restart Pulse 95.3 FM Station
Posted by ASHFAQ HADI at 20:59 UAE time
Pulse 95.3 Hindi FM Station was undoubtedly the best Hindi FM Radio Station in the UAE. Before, i used to listen to Dubai Eye 103.8 Radio station for the local and international news. However, when Pulse FM was started, i switched over to it as it was very informative radio channel for the local and international news. MY KIND REQUEST TO ARN IS TO RESTART IT. There are many people in the UAE, who will be delighted to have this channel back on air.

The Best Channel 95.3
Posted by Amit Joshi at 11:27 UAE time
Pulse 95.3 was the only channel on the air in UAE to provide productive information and discussions that would help all the Indian subcontinental ex partriates. We have certainly lost the best of music and informative channel.
ARN must rethink launching the same under different frequency if possible

Pulse 95.3 closure
Posted by Ashwin Medhekar at 19:17 UAE time
I will certainly miss this station. They played the music that I liked. The reasons given by AMG for the closure do not look very believable.

Sleepless in Dubai
Posted by haseena at 18:39 UAE time
very sad to know about the closure of this channel. was wondering why they wer playing only instrumental music for so many days. i used to love listening to this channel bcoz this was the only one that did not blare loud music at 1 am or 2 am in the early morning ( as i am an insomniac) unlike other so-called popular hindi fm channels. these other channels wud b playing loud bhangra or rap or re-mixes late night which wer guaranteed to wake you up from ur deepest of slumbers. i mean, after 11 pm at night one likes to listen to soothing soft music (of which we hav a vast reservoir of in hindi films) at night. not something that wud wake our husbands and children when we switch them on.
am going to sorely miss this channel which used give us some old beautiful gems of Rafi, Kishore and other stalwarts of hindi
music.
Pls. try and bring back this channel which also plays the oldies for people like us who like to listen to "MUSIC".

Pulse demise
Posted by Jatin at 18:28 UAE time
It is very sad to see such a mature station being put to sleep pre-maturely. The reasons given are flimsy and inadequate. What gets very irritating is that there is no other option for the listener who wants some quality radio and not inane banter in the microphone... miss Dev and Anindita on the breakfast show..

Sad news
Posted by Vivek at 15:12 UAE time
Lets talk logical. If frequency was a problem and reason for pulse to close down, howcome so many of us listened to it and now lamenting loss of it. I could smell something fishy with Pulse during past few months as programs' formats were changed quite frequently. Now, we have to tolerate poor music quality of others Hindi FMs' and their DJs.

Too bad.

The closure of the station which was one of the most popular station to listen to is a very bad decision. Can we request you to start this channel at the earliest. The excuse is lamentable. We would like to see the presenters on air once again.

Regarding The closure of 95.3
Posted by Jayshree Karani at 17:53 UAE time
Well to be very Frank ,I think 95.3 was the most knowledgeable radio station .There were times when we are not in the mood of listening to hip hops and loud music. There came 95.3 with Dev and Anandita with all sorts of information pouring in.Something that I would go back home and discuss with my family members. But unfortunately itsno more.95 .3 Also kept the old Music alive by playing really old songs right from Suraiya to Asha Bhonsle. It was such a relief from listening to our daily bang bang....Especially for the crowd who enjoys listening to GOLDEN ERA MUSIC!The first thought of demise of this channel definitely gave me first thought as that of the RECESSION!
Dev Was my Favourite and i will really miss his voice.
95.3 please come back

They always take us for a ride dont they...Thats Dubai for you..when they say "Pulse 95.3 What matters" they 110% mean what they say...One of the best ever Morning drivetime shows if not the best is no more because: No, the RJs didnt quit, No, the sponsors are there, No, there are a lot of listeners, but there is no proper frequency...You're kidding me right? Now after listening to other radio stations, we will miss Pulse more than ever with the crap which is being doled out hour in hour out...DNA Any day!!
