Has CEO Hydra considered the human cost of the unilateral decisions made by Hydra Properties? A number of families are facing emotional and financial trauma because of the arbitrary decisions and the business practices of Hydra (price increases, severe late payment and cancellation penalties, threatening letters).
Has he forgotten the message of Allah's Messenger (may Allah's blessings and peace be upon him) who said, "The Muslim is he from whose tongue and hand the Muslims are safe; and the believer is he whom men trust with their lives and their property."
He also warned his followers:
"save yourself from the cry of the oppressed, for there is no barrier between the supplication of the oppressed and Allah.”
He should know islam has placed great emphasis on Haqooq-ul-ibad (rights of other human beings), honesty and justice, and is intolerant of dishonesty in all its various forms.

CEO Statements inaccurate

I disagree with the CEO.
I have applied several times for a site visit. I have even filled out their request form. I was told only last week that site visits were still not permitted.

From what i made out from the man's comments they dont plan to change much except for apologising while continuing to give customers the short end of the stick.

Does anyone know of anywhere else in the world where a seller is able to sell an off-plan property without a contract and then a year or two later provide a contract showing an increase the price of what he has already sold?
Beware of buying Hydra Village units!

Contract

The Contract that Hydra has issued to us is unbelievable. I cannot understand who has developed this contract document. Is he a qualified person?. Anyone who signs this contract is either insane or has pots of money. For common people like me, signing this contract means ,signing your death warrant.

Dr Sulaiman is a new hero of UAE

Dr Sulaiman should be acknowledged for having the integrity and courage to say what he has- that things aren't as good as they could/should be - a rare thing in the UAE, where Dubai thinks that by ignoring and sending out silly PR reports it will repair or hide the damage.
The whole world is suffering so in many cases it's hard to lay blame. At least this gentleman is willing to admit he is willing to be responsible about it and try to make amends. He is showing his clients respect they deserve.
I believe is the only thing that will save Dubai in long run is to admit they have made some ghastly mistakes and been developing too quickly because of greed and to have some integrity about how they are going to deal with the problems.

Put simply: One can only hope that the good Doctor honorably follows through on his word to resolve investors concerns by addressing a small representative group and truly listening emphatically to the obvious problems on Hydra Village.
