Wrong Project
Posted by Dude at 06:05 UAE time
This whole project was based on a business plan developed for another airline to operate out Dubai and when it failed (because the initial plan made no common sense at all) the guys went and sold off the idea to RAK Government whom unfortunately bought into something complex and have little chances to succeed under economic activities within RAK, land connectivity to the airport, and population distribution along the home market of this airline.

RAK Airways

Makes Business Sense! If it ain't worth it, don't jump into it. I guess the Economic Downturn is an excuse, but then, it's the right thing to do. RAK govt is taking the right step. to avoid what DXB is going through.
