Italian desalination firm Fisia Italimpianti has been awarded a contract for the multi-stage flashing (MSF) seawater desalination plant M3 in Jebel Ali by the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), taking its orders to US $1.5 billion since the beginning of the year.
