Esbaitah received his Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida, USA and has had over 20 years of experience in the field of management and development. Chairman of First Dubai Real Estate Development Co., Managing Director & C.E.O of Al Mazaya Holding Co. In addition, Eng. Khalid was a Chairman of the Board of Kuwait Petrochemical Industries Company-KPIC.

Currently he is the Vice Chairman of Al Mazaya Holding Co., and the Vice Chairman of First Dubai for Real Estate Development Co., he is also a Board member in the National International Holding Co. (NIH).

Khalid S. A. Al-Omar
Chief Operation Officer (COO), Zain in Kuwait
Al-Omar has worked in various leading positions since joining the company in 1986, and he is currently Zain’s Chief Operation Officer (COO) in Kuwait. As COO he is responsible for the overall management of the company’s mobile telecommunications operations including networks planning, development, systems operations & management.

He served as the Data Protection Commissioner of DIFC from January to August 2007. He is a former Minister of Economy and Trade and Minister of Industry of Lebanon (1998-2000).
