Grand Hyatt Amman is proud to announce the appointment of their new Italian Chef, Fabrizio Valdetara, for its award-winning restaurant L'Incontro.


Chef Fabrizio is a chef with a difference as he spent 18 years in the culinary world and has gained experience in the wonderful variety of menus, specializing in authentic Italian cuisine and Italian-Mediterranean foods.

Originally from Torino in Italy, he graduated with a degree in the hospitality school in 1992 and is a member of the Associations Affiliated to the F. The. Professional C which is the federation of Italian chefs.

He has served in restaurants across Europe and held senior positions in El Faro of Alghero Sardegna Hotel in Italy and Hotel Village Restaurant Les Deux Alpes in France both as Head Chefs.

Chef Fabrizio will be at L'Incontro during lunch and dinner, so join him there with your family and friends The Grand Hyatt Amman team is proud to have Chef Fabrizio as the latest addition to its esteemed restaurant.
