Dubai Star spill oil off US coast

Oil collects in a boom that extends from the rear of the oil tanker Dubai Star as it sits anchored in the San Francisco Bay, California. The Dubai Star leaked bunker oil into the San Francisco Bay during a fuel transfer early Friday morning.
