On behalf of an established international diversified Saudi holding group we are seeking a Business Development Managerto be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

You will be responsible for identifying and sourcingnew projects and consequently developing these projects.Implement your vision about permanent development in the environmental market through the development of projects like solar energy, environmental control, wind energy, waste water in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) regions. The function requires familiarity with the environmental market in order to develop potential projects and prospect for potential business opportunities,newcustomers and projects and check their feasibility. By optimizing the contacts with the customers a whole network of different contacts should be developed and coordinated within the market.
An elaborate and practical training period of between 2 and 3 months will be given in Belgium.After that focus is set on further development and continued search for environmental projects such as solar energy, environmental control, wind energy. Regular contact with similar Business Units in Belgium is part of the functionA graduate in Chemical Engineering with work experience in energy, solar or environmental industry. A passionate pioneer in the prospect for projects with extensiveknowledge and experience within the environmental field.
Candidate must have well developed analytical skills
Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English and Arabic.
High engagement and willingness to travel are mandatory. Initially some months will be spent at different locations in the Middle East, Belgium, and extensive travel through MEA.
