Our client, a civil engineering and drilling company, is currently looking for a Temporary Sales Assistant for their Dubai office Reporting to the Regional Market Manager, your main responsibilities will include Performing efficient secretarial and administrative functions Providing outstanding customer service to UAE customers Updating and maintaining the customers' database Responsible for the preparation, submission and follow up of quotations Assisting the customers with sales procedures Ensuring timely collection and delivery of products from stock points and production plants Following up on stock supply, managing the delivery planning and payments. The successful candidate would be hired for a period of about 3-4 months and would be made permanent depending on his performance during this temp period. The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years experience in UAE preferably in the field of logisticssupply chaincustomer service. You will have the ability to work autonomously and efficiently in a newly established environment. You will have good communication skills in English (spoken and written) and excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. In addition, you will have the proficiency in using all MS Office packages, the Internet and Email.
