A prime driver for the creation of value for the group by interfacing its board to its operational management team. You will lead the Managers for Strategic Reporting to the Board of Directors, and will play a critical role in developing and implementing the strategic plan to advance the company's mission, overall vision, and objectives to promote revenue, profitability and growth. You will provide inspirational leadership balancing the internal and external demands of this role you will be a visible presence within the organization and be recognized externally as a courageous leader of conviction. Conversant with the operating metrics of a large group operating in diversified business segment, you will be accountable for company's financial resources and a champion of innovation in the organization.
Provide leadership, direction and coordinate all activities of the group in accordance with the goals and objectives of the organisation to safeguard and grow the assets of the organisation for future generations while providing sound returns to current owners.
The MD is invested with broad responsibilities and authorities. Portions of these can be delegated downward, with an overall exclusive responsibility of the sustainability and profitability of the business rests on the incumbent.

To qualify, you will need to have a previous successful track record of running an efficient and profitable operation, growing revenues, and minimum 20 years management experience, preferably in a retail and real-estate development and construction environment. Your key focus is to grow profitable revenue and build a strong brand in and outside the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate should be reporting directly to chairman, responsible for hiring talents, training, managing human capital and developing a professional team and lead by example. You should be at least of 40 years of age and possess a university degree preferably MBA in Business Administration, having strong analytical skills with fluency in Arabic and English.
