Change Management Consultant required with my client, a leading Management Consultancy.This role is based in Dubai but with frequent travel to Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for delivering a number of enterprises wide change management initiatives based on client site. You will develop and deploy change management strategies, facilitating Change Readiness Assessment, Corporate Culture and updating training plans for all internal resources. Key responsibilities will include - Playing a key role in helping projects meet business objectives, People change (including corporate culture and business process), Creatingimplementing change management plans and Provide project management services to support business change programmes.The successful candidate must have at least 5 years experience in managing complex business change projects, covering organizational, business process and systems change, Delivering presentations and workshop facilitation, Report writing and Managing project teams with a wide range of business and technical skills. You will have proven project management and business consultancy experience with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
